Description of the service
The website presents the hotel, its rooms, services and activities on Monte Baldo. You can write to us with the contact form and search for available rooms.
Online booking works as follows:
- on the home page you choose arrival and departure dates and the number of adults in the booking form, supplied by Suggesto;
- the search button opens a new tab on the Visit Trentino booking engine (widget.visittrentino.info);
- there you choose the room and complete the booking.

Requirements and technical references
The requirements of annex I, sections III and IV, of Legislative Decree 82/2022 apply. As technical reference we use standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.
Accessibility status
The website is partially compliant. On 30 October 2026 we checked every page of the website in Italian, English and German with an automated tool (axe-core). No errors were found. The only element flagged is the decorative numbering of the cards on the home page, which carries no information.
An automated check does not cover all requirements. Some aspects need a manual review that has not been carried out yet, for example the readability of text placed over images.
Third-party components
The booking form on the home page is supplied by Suggesto. The engine where the booking continues is run by Visit Trentino. Their accessibility depends on these providers. If you meet an obstacle you can book by phone or by email.
